    1. A few months ago, I read An Unexpected Kiss by Cindy Roland Anderson, and it was an incredibly cute sweet novella that transported me to December in the middle of April. I knew then that I had to give Christmas in Snow Valley a shot. I'm always nervous about trying out anthologies with stories from different authors, because there's bound to be some hits and misses. Feels Like Love did not disappoint. It was light and sweet and very easy to read. Not to mention short. Christmas romances can tend [...]

    2. Rating: 4 starsThis was a lovely short story with a Christmas theme. I liked the fact that it was not just a romance. It touched on the subject of living with a family member born with a disability, therefore giving this fictional story a realistic feel.April Winston was on her way home to Snow Valley for Christmas with her fiancé Scott. She had not realized how much of a country girl she was at heart until she returned home with Scott. He made it quite clear from the moment they arrived at her [...]

    3. April is used to city life now and brings her fiance, Scott, home to Snow Valley for a good, country Christmas, while watching her younger siblings for her parents. Her old boyfriend, Wade, is still around and as attractive as ever. April is adaptable. Scott only knows her as a corporate worker--he doesn't really know who she is deep down and what shaped her to be that way. Wade and April have a painful past and she's ready to make peace with it and move onwith Scott. Wade really is such a great [...]

    4. Feels Like Love is a fantastic Christmas romance! Wade is so cute, and irresistibly charming, and I loved watching April fall under his spell.

    5. this was a great story about wishing for things that you thought you wanted when really something better was waiting right around the corner. I think this happens a lot in life we focus too much on what's in front of us and don't realize there's something better if we'll just be patient and wait

    6. I read this as part of the Christmas in Snow Valley anotholgy. This was a cute story about second chances. April returns to her hometown of Snow Valley with a new fiancé in tow. Scott comes from the city and has a hard time accepting farm life. April is forced to face her ex and try and find closure. I liked the story and thought it was a nice heartwarming story. A fun addition to the series. This was my first book by Ms. Lewis, I look forward to reading more from her. Content: Clean

    7. Another cute Christmas story!! Scott was a tool!! I did feel like she was a little on the shallow side.

    8. I loved this little addition to the Snow Valley collection. Full of heart, Christmas spirit, and a long lost love. So cute.

    9. Summary Christmas in Snow Valley is the perfect way for April Winston to introduce her city slicker fiance, Scott Mecham, to life on a farm. If only Wade Hadley, hometown boy and high school sweetheart, will cooperate! But Wade has no intention of letting April go without a fight. This Christmas, he is determined to overcome their painful past and show April that she already has what she’s been seeking all along. My ReviewI really enjoyed reading Feels Like Love. It was a perfect Christmas read [...]

    10. April Winston brings her fiancé Scott Mecham home to Snow Valley to meet her family for Christmas. What she didn’t expect was to still have feelings for her hometown highschool sweetheart Wade Hadley.Wade won’t cooperate by staying away from her either. Helping out April’s family with the farms chores while April’s parents are away for a few days is Wade who grew close to April’s family when they were dating in high school.Every time April sees Wade whether on the ranch or running int [...]

    11. I will apologize for my review in advance but I have to be honest. I loved Book One so much and had such expectations for the rest. I read Book Six last night and did not care for it at all. Today, I read Book Two and thought it was just as bad. I am truly shocked at all the four and five star reviews.I won't go into a synopsis of the story line but I will tell you that I did not care for Wade, the ex and future boyfriend of April. A few years ago Wade showed up at her school and insisted they e [...]

    12. This is a great clean romance novella. Although it is book 2 of the Christmas in Snow Valley series, it reads like a stand-alone story. Contrary to reviewers who had a rather negative experience relative to the three main characters, I found them very true to life. When Wade and April grew up together and developed a romantic interest they were both still young with limited life experience so they made some rather immature and selfish choices. Scott, on the other hand, could be a twin to several [...]

    13. This was a very nice read for a short. There was plenty of character development for such a short story. If you're looking for a sweet read about second chance love, one that's clean and leaves you with a smile on your face, this one's for you. What I liked:1) How clean this was. The language and content are both very wholesome. 2) The h even though she annoyed me at times, she was low drama and cared about her family. 3) No one runs away from anyone in this story. Yay!What I didn't like:1) We o [...]

    14. April comes home to Snow Valley with her fiance, Scott - an upscale Denver city boy. Scott doesn't really fit in at the farm and he's definitely surprised to discover that April has an "ex" in Snow Valley. An "ex" who spends a lot of time with her family and seems to still like April a lot.I loved April's relationship with her family, especially her brother with cerebral palsy. I loved how both Wade and April realized that they had both made mistakes in the past, and they both needed to forgive [...]

    15. April is a farm girl at heart and even though she moved away from farm life for a while she will always be a farm girl. So when she brings her city slicker fiancé home for Christmas they were both bound to get some surprises they didn’t count on. Everyone has a past love from their hometown. Most people don’t plan to rekindle what where there before so when April finds herself stuck between loving 2 different men there is bound to be drama! I loved reading along as she tried to figure out w [...]

    16. Feels Like Love is a cute story and a fun read. The whole city slicker meets country family AND everything else associated with the countryHILARIOUS! It’s one of those books where you get sucked into the story. I enjoyed the storyline and the characters immensely! The characters were not always likeable, but you felt for them as you watched the characters grow into themselves as the book progressed. You see how our choices affect not only us, but those around us-especially when we are willfull [...]

    17. Got this in the Christmas in Snow Valley anthology. Another cute, fun fast read. Makes me excited for Christmas! Less focus on all the cute things going on in Snow Valley, but still a fun read with cute characters and a HEA.Didn't love it quite as much as An Unexpected Kiss, but liked the character growth, the sweetness and farm-girliness of it all.

    18. I just finished reading this story for the second time. It is always nice to visit Snow Valley and the romance is nice. Scott is a jerk. The familiar touch of high school love is hard to give up. Which will she pick? I enjoyed the story enough to read twice.I did receive this book from the publisher.

    19. You can go home againApril and her new fiancee are going to her home for the holidays. The author has put together a great cast of characters. City boy meets the country boy, and gets up close and personal with barns and their inhabitants. This is a good clean romance, that gives you a really good HEA. The characters are compelling, and her locations are wonderful.

    20. 3-point-5 stars.I felt like the story, instead of showing Wade's efforts to win April back, it's more like portraying how April tried to figure out her real feelings, towards Scott and Wade, of course.Everything moved at a fast pace, which made me so glad to read this, no draggy parts whatsoever, but I wish for more.

    21. April has come home to Snow Valley. Coming home to childhood memories is special and magical for most people. But April is torn. The memories and magic are there, but her fiancé isn't feeling it and she keeps getting caught up in what used to be instead of what is. ADORABLE STORY! I laughed out loud in a few spots! Such a FUN book to put you in the Christmas mood!

    22. I loved this story because I'm a sucker for hometown romances - especially with the backdrop of the Christmas season. A Great advice from the pastor and a few fun unexpected plot twists made this a fun read that I'll probably return to for future Christmas seasons.

    23. Love second chance love stories but it was rough starting out with her being engaged. It was pretty predictable (view spoiler)[ obviously Scott had to be a bit of a jerk. Otherwise it would have just been too sad (hide spoiler)] but it was a good read. I'd read her books again!

    24. Really enjoyed this one. Thought her fiance Scott (view spoiler)[was a total loser. And I have to say Wade overreacted a little at the end there, but he's a guy. :o) (hide spoiler)]Fun and clean, my kind of novella. Moral Note: Don't recall anything bad.

    25. Very sweet. This was a really sweet story with a lot of fun characters. I loved Ben! This was a sweet, clean romance.

    26. Loved it! Fast, sweet, totally clean and a true fight foe love. It even had some depth I really enjoyed it and cheered.

    27. Sweet, clean love story! Making big life decisions like who you are going to marry can be like smarties and chocolate cake. Read to find out what that even means.
